Unhook is built to be private by design. It runs entirely on your device.
Nothing. Unhook does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no accounts and no sign-in.
Everything you do in the app, the thoughts you release, your goal and streak, your settings, is stored only on your device. It never leaves your phone and is not sent to us or anyone else.
Unhook contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. There is no network connection used to gather information about you.
If you turn them on, reminders and goal alerts are scheduled locally on your device. They are not sent through any server.
Unhook does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
